At the start of year 6 we hold a SATs parents meeting, at which teachers share more information about the tests, how we prepare children for them, expectations of the children and how you can help at home. This meeting is are a great opportunity for you to look at some past SAT papers as well as ask any questions you may have about them.
KS2 Year 6 SATs Dates - May 2022
Monday 9th May Grammar & Punctuation test - 45 minutes, Spelling Test - 20 minutes
Tuesday 10th May English Reading Test - 60 minutes
Wednesday s 11th May Mathematics Arithmetics - 30 minutes, Mathematics Reasoning - 40 minutes
Thursday 12th May Mathematics Reasoning (Paper 3) - 40 minutes
Holidays during SATs week
We do ask that parent's do no take their children on holiday during SATs week.
